Release platform

It says you will release the game mainly on PC, mac etc. and afterwards on other platforms like xbox live, PSN, iOS etc.
If I buy the game to PC will I be able download it to my ps3 when the port becomes available? or should I wait until the PSN port is available before I buy the game?

I would love to play this on my iPad if the game fit the platform. I missed the Kickstarter and am just finding out about Banner Saga. Really kicking myself because this game and it's themes are right up my alley. I will definitely be purchasing this upon release.
