I registered yesterday around 5pm and I'm not sure if that was when you were still having tech difficulties. I can log in to the forum no problem but I still haven't received a confirmation email. I am a kickstarter backer as well.

Just forced the system to send you a new activation code. You should see it in your inbox; if you do not, please check your spam/junk folders.

Looks like never received my activation e-mail :P
Probably something to do with me getting server error messages while registering.
