View Full Version : Bug Report: ShieldMasters trigger armor break on Siege Archers when walking over coal

03-12-2013, 05:24 PM
When a Shield Master walks over the coal that a Siege Archer has placed, it's an instant -1 armor on the Siege Archer who placed the coals. I'm not sure if this is intended, but it seems wrong to me and has happened in 2 games now.

it's a common bug and was reported many times, so the devs are aware of that. They just have no spare time to look it cause of more urgent problems, but be sure they'll fix that ASAP

Now this doesn't happen all the time - but sometimes when my Siege Archer throws down some flames and a shieldbanger walks over it, she takes armour damage. This can't be working as intended since it makes no sense for him to retaliate damage to a character several tiles away.

It's a known bug and was reported like 100 times here, so devs are aware. Should be fixed in the near future.

I'm going to merge this thread with a duplicate in support.

My siege archer took armor damage when a shieldmaster approached her, stepping over her burning coal. I think she took -2 armor, -1 from each coal, before the shieldmaster struck her.

I used my Siege Archer, to lay down some burning oil on ground, hurts enemy Varl.

Next turn, enemy unit moves closer to me by walking thrue the fire on ground, and since unit is a Shield Master with a passive abilites that somehow triggerd my archer to lose Armor.

Im asume this is a bug, the Varl may have walk into the square next to me and that triggered something, not sure.
