But, for what it's worth (since the forum is called "Community Assistance" :)): You seem to be one of the many who confused the KickStarter support for the single-player game (Saga) and the bought-beta for the online PvP game (Factions). I think your $15 bought you two keys for the beta-testing of Factions, which is now open/free-to-play...

No new-content (classes, maps etc) from Saga into Factions has been confirmed, yet.
