    BUG Elo gain

Several were complaining yesterday that they got 2 elo per win in ranked vs quickmatch players (6-7 matches in a row, so seems that it's not a coincidence with playing against low-elo player).

Also can't confirm this with 100% confindence, but I had 1535 overal elo and when I've looked again after a tournament loss I had 1537 - the same 2 elo, maybe it's connected.
UPD: it looks like it's not 2elo problem in the latter case, but rankings update problem.

As of the prior and latest builds: I don't know if I'm just unlucky or what but I have not seen gains other than +2 elo in tourney and in ranked over my last ~10 games. Losses seem correct.

As per Stoic, elo gain when it is ranked vs quickmatch is constant +2/-2.

The reasons are as have been stipulated,

    1. so that the gain/loss is not extreme in the cases where the quickmatch opponent is extremely high/low elo
    2. so that there's less issue with the fact quickmatch is used as a playtest ground.

Ahh, I guess I must have missed that, thanks raven. That makes perfect sense now that I think back since the correct losses I recorded were in tourney matches.
