"All Time" Elo loss after client crashes or hangs.

Twice today I my Elo ranking fell by ~30 after the Factions executable crashed or hung. Both incidents happened during tournament play, but the Elo impact was to "All Time" overall ranking.

Losing about 60 total off of "All Time" Elo rating is very discouraging when wins only increase my ranking by about 2-3.

Battle IDs were: 13db7493c95:125fe:1b525 and 13db7bd8ac8:2879:125fe

If useful I can email the windows 7 error log.

Note: this is a clarification of an earlier bug filing.

    edited for clarification.

Oh man, that just happened to me, too (~25 Elo, ID 13db97ce67c:6bc:4f93). The client is very crash-prone when the map is loading, so you guys should really not punish disconnects at this stage of the game until you fix its crash-proneness.

    I didn't realize it'd happened until after I'd played a real game.

I should note that for battle 13db7493c95:125fe:1b525 the windows error log references

"Faulting module name: Adobe AIR.dll, version: 3.5.0.600, time stamp: 0x508e04d9
    Exception code: 0xc0000005
    Fault offset: 0x00550d65
    Faulting process id: 0x19e4
    Faulting application start time: 0x01ce2c87d6500331
Faulting application path: D:\steam\steamapps\common\the banner saga factions\win32\The Banner Saga Factions.exe
    Faulting module path: D:\steam\steamapps\common\the banner saga factions\win32\Adobe AIR\Versions\1.0\Adobe AIR.dll"

For match 13db7bd8ac8:2879:125fe it was an application hang, without any real details provided in the error log.
