I've really been getting into a band called The War on Drugs, which I just discovered recently.

hey, at last some display of good taste i like the War on Drugs sound a lot. even if they pretty much play the same one song on every release, but it's a song i really like.

you might also enjoy this guy Kurt Vile who used to be a member of the band and his music sometimes sounds a little like the "songwriter" version of TWoD.

The War on Drugs seems like a pleasant mixture of Bob Dylan, Dire Straits, Wilco, and Don Henley, with a garnish of Bruce Springsteen, polished and presented for the enjoyment of the 21st century. Love it.
