There's no freely available demo for the single-player paid offline game (to come), at the moment. What you might have heard is the "PAX demo" that was only available to play for those participating in that particular exposition. However, the devs where kind enough to show it to us, too, in the form of five videos. Good news, is that you can play Factions, the multi-player free online PvP game, which features "just" the combat mechanics of the single-player game

I'm assuming this is the help forum.

I originally backed the game on Kickstarter (way back on Mar 20, 2012) using an email address which was disconnected before I received my BETA key. Is there someone I can contact with my old email and new email to receive my key? I originally pledged $50 (for the poster) but I'm assuming that's long gone and passed by now.

Hi Knight, sent you a reply over emal . You'll need to go to Kickstarter to update your email there, so that when Stoic releases the rewards and game, you'll get it at your new correct email address.
